Geek Passions does permit refunds if requested via email within a reasonable time and date of the purchase. All refund request should be sent to:
support@geekpassions.com a refund may be granted if the order has not been processed or sent out for delivery. Upon emailing us from the email address used on your app account, please state the date, time, item(s) purchased and the name and state of the user the gift was sent to In your email.
This is required to help us quickly locate your order before it is processed. Refunds can take up to 30 Days to process. Processed orders are not refunded unless otherwise stated by law. Gifts payments are generally processed the day of the purchase(s). Gifts are processed for sorting and delivery the day following the purchase(s) up to a 7-day week. Gift tracking is available sometimes and is not guaranteed.
The gift purchaser may will never be told where the gift’s destination address under any circumstances. Users and clients that are blocked may not send gifts to the party that has blocked them. Creating a new profile does not permit a blocked individual to resume buying gifts for an individual who wishes to have no contact with those whom they have blocked. Account suspension is exercised when users abuse our platform.
